Introduction
The low power EPIC form factor SBC, the EP811, supports Socket 478 for LV/ULV Intel® Pentium® M and Intel® Celeron® M processors running at 400MHz FSB speeds, and features the Intel® 852GM with ICH4 chipset. To meet the original concept of EPIC which is with PC/104 expansion capability, the EP811 is coming with both PC/104 for 16-bit ISA and PCI104 for 32-bit PCI interfaces. Furthermore, the function-rich board provides DualView for both LVDS LCD and CRT displays, CompactFlash™, AC'97 Codec Audio, fast Ethernet for network communication, four USB 2.0 ports for high speed peripherals, and Digital I/O for industrial control applications.
